Service Agreement

This agreement describes our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and QuickLuxe Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as “QuickLuxe”, “us”, “our”, “we”, or “technician”) and your obligations to us in relation to the services purchased. By booking an appointment with QuickLuxe or using our services, you hereby agree to the following terms:

Pricing

Prices and package content offerings are subject to change at QuickLuxe’s discretion at any time. All changes will be reflected on www.quickluxedetailing.com. Prices are locked in once an appointment is booked.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of services. QuickLuxe accepts cash, check, and debit/credit card. For Customers paying with credit/debit card, we accept “Tap to Pay” or we will send a digital invoice via email. Payment is due by 11:59pm on the day of service. For customers who fail to make payment in full, a collection process may be initiated.

Electricity and Water Access

All appointments require access to reliable water and electricity located within 100ft of the detailing location. Failure to provide water and/or electricity will result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Customers should remove all large personal belongings from the vehicle before detailing. QuickLuxe Detailing LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. All vehicles are cleaned at the Customer’s own risk and vehicles must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking as a result of staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure and/or any other reason as decided by QuickLuxe or the Technician. Vehicles which contain urine, blood, feces, animal feces or nests, mold, or other bio-hazardous materials will be charged a “Hazard Fee.” Some vehicles may be ineligible for detailing.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so up until your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel or reschedule and are unable to receive services at your booked appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:

  • QuickLuxe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with staffing levels, weather conditions, equipment failure, and/or any other reason as decided by QuickLuxe or the Technician

  • Failure for the vehicle and keys to be present at the time and location scheduled for detailing may result in a cancellation of the appointment and a cancellation fee of $75.

Operating and Moving Your Vehicle

Customer will give QuickLuxe access to the vehicle during the detail and any additional mutually agreed upon times. The keys must be available to us. This agreement ensures that you authorize us to operate and move your vehicle, as necessary to do so as determined by us.

Appointment Time

Due to expected or exceptional circumstances, a detail Technician may arrive late. Please give us a 30-60 minute arrival window for all details. We never anticipate being late and we will do our best to let you know if we’re going to be arriving late.

Quality of Service

We always expect that customers will be satisfied with our service. No services are guaranteed to restore your vehicle to any previous condition. Customers have the right to a final walk-around of the vehicle with the Technician upon completion of services. If you find our service unsatisfactory after we have left the job site, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. QuickLuxe Detailing will not be held liable for any concerns or quality issues more than 24 hours after job completion.

Satisfaction Policy

If there is clear cause that QuickLuxe did not fulfill the package as ordered by the customer, we will at our cost redo the service free of charge. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the detail. File claims by phone (410) 205-6022 or by email (contact@quickluxedetailing.com). We may ask for a few photos in order to verify what processes must be taken to rectify the issue.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition and Damage

QuickLuxe Detailing LLC cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle while in our care. As stated above, all vehicles must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. If something is damaged during the course of detailing, we will inform the Customer and complete a Damage Report. By agreeing to our services you also agree that you will not hold QuickLuxe liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. QuickLuxe limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

Intellectual Property

QuickLuxe Detailing LLC has the right to take photos and videos of your vehicle and to use these photos and videos freely on our website, social media, email campaigns, or other marketing efforts. We will ensure that these photos and videos do not include any personal information including: names, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or license plates.

Marketing

By booking an appointment with QuickLuxe, I agree to receive marketing communications which includes but is not limited to: emails, text messages, phone calls, and physical mail. Customers can unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@quickluxedetailing.com with your request, or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing emails.

I Understand That:

  • By using our services, you hereby understand that QuickLuxe Detailing LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our detailing services.

  • Your payment to QuickLuxe is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.

  • QuickLuxe limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

  • We reserve the right to charge a $75 cancellation fee when applicable.

  • All Sales are Final.
